The main types of water heaters

- Thermodynamic water heater: uses a heat pump to heat water, very energy-efficient.
- Production via the boiler: many boilers also produce domestic hot water, instantly or via a tank.
Sizing your boiler correctly
Capacity depends on the number of occupants: count roughly 50 to 80 litres for one person, 100 to 150 litres for two, and 150 to 200 litres for a family.
